A 1 2" SCH 80 hose barb is included with the purchase. This filter is finely slotted but allows for tremendous flow. Beware of filters that offer a nylon screen or low grade stainless steel screen over the PVC. The nylon and SS screen will break down quickly and end up sucked into the pump.
