This is a very nice example of a genuine WWII Front Seam Fixed Bale M1 Helmet made by McCord Radiator, fitted with a very nice liner by the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company. The helmet shell has a replicated 29th Infantry Division insignia decal as well as rank insignia. The insignia, a blue and gray take on the yin yang, has been around since World War I, when the division was activated with troops from
