It is nicely Waffenamt marked on the right side of the frame and barrel

The rear sight is intact and fully functional

and looks to have had the cylinder and frame lockup re-fit at some point

Typically, items such as these were constructed out of aluminum and metal salvaged from down aircraft. However, there is no way to tell if this in fact was made from pieces of a Stuka.
