Traxxas 9639R Shock Tower Front Red 5IVE Parts Note that Kyosho now suppliesFront shock tower for the Traxxas Sledge, machined from 7075 T6 aluminum with a red anodized finish. This is the upgrade over the standard 6061 T6 tower. 7075 T6 is significantly stronger and stiffer than 6061, which matters here because the shock tower carries the upper shock mounts and absorbs the full load of every landing.
