This is a Navy Blue felt Kepi Style hat with a fine bullion wire embroidered insignia that reads WIS 8 for the Wisconsin Volunteers. Inside the hat still has the original leather sweat band in very good condition. Size is approximately 6 7 8. The fine inner lining is embossed with the outline of a sliver
