Original U.S. WWII M1916 .45 Colt 1911 Leather Holster by Craighead of Denver, CO French & Indian War with the code M7/37Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very rare totally original M1916 holster made by CRAIGHEAD of DENVER, CO, in very nice condition russet brown leather. It is embossed U S on the flap, and U. S. on the back above the maker mark, indicating that this was a military issue holster. No major damage to the leather, all stitches still intact, all brass parts still present with a bit of verdigris, and a steel WW2 style belt clip. Just perfect for
