This Tulwar dates from around 1800 and no doubt took part in the Sepoy Rebellion better known as the INDIAN MUTUNY in 1857- 1859 and has been carefully cleaned and is ready for display

This, without a doubt, is the very first example we have encountered with a WWI date. The machete is in very good condition, especially considering its age. The blade has the original blackened finish in places, with an edge that appears to have much post factory sharpening.
