Original 19th Century Belgian Napoleonic Era Sea Service Flintlock Pistol - Circa 1814 Japanese Edged Weapons the adjusting screwOriginal Item: Only One Available. This pistol is somewhat unusual in that this flintlock pistol may have been an Officer's Private Purchase item. It is clearly a better quality pistol than those normally encountered, and it is fitted with a steel ramrod supported by brass ferrules. The butt is not fitted with a lanyard ring, but instead with an oval brass plate. It also has a small silver escutcheon on the rear of the grip, behind the barrel tang.
