The opposite side has the 1st Infantry Division insignia

showing an overall mottled aged patina on the metalwork

with the passing of the National Security Act of 1947

shows moderate wear and retains a medium bronze patina on the exposed surfaces with darker patina in the scales of the grip

This is a lovely piece of film history, a gas brassard and Airborne leather chincup used in the filming and development of Band of Brothers. The gas brassard comes with a Movie Props COA denoting that the Gas Brassard was used in Band of Brothers. It is signed and dated February 17th, 2003. The Airborne leather chincup also came from the film but there is no COA with this one. Ready for further research and display.
