Original Japanese WWII Battle Damaged Type 92 Army Tetsubo Helmet Shell Hotchkiss .303 Battalion CP (Command Post) wasOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice battle damaged example of the shell component classic Type 92 Tetsubo ( "steel cap") helmet, also colloquially called the tetsukabuto ( "steel helmet") by troops. This helmet has a long crack on one side, and is missing the entire interior lining. The condition of the shell leads us to believe that it was left on the battlefield for a period of time, and then picked up and brought home by a U. S.
