Original Item: These helmets were manufactured nearly identically to the specifications of the US WW2 M1 Helmet

This helmet did not have a fixed (rivetted) chin strap as did later upgraded versions

Leather is soft and supple with no defects such as rips or tears

This very nice set comes in a cardboard box measuring about 8" x 4" x 3/4"

so they require a little cleaning

This is an excellent example of a BATF approved inert Imperial German Model 1917 "stick grenade", with one of the nicest condition handles that we have ever seen. It retains many original markings though faint, and presents very nicely. The head had the top of the can removed in order to empty the explosive.
