Here we have a very nice British Victorian Era Parallel ruler, as used by the Royal Navy. The ruler measures 18 1 4" x 2 1 2" and is relatively heavy, being made entirely of brass, and is intended for use on Naval Charts. It has two linked roller "wheels" built into it, so that it can be easily moved parallel to its previous position, a very useful feature when dealing with maps. The ruler is in very good condition,
