Recently obtained from a private museum collection this is a rare Swedish M-1823 Dragoon Cavalry Helmet of the Swedish Royal Guard

The OD Green paint scheme leads us to believer this was probably installed at a base

For added authenticity we have marked the inside flap

and on 17 September 1944 at 12:31 hours

It was originally to have used smokeless cordite as a propellant

These were worn on the breast of the uniform tunic, just above and partly on the pocket.
