A densely fruited nose of stylish

A tiny bit hollow midpalate

which gives the finished wine much of its signature intensity and tannin profile

I have also tasted several other examples that have shown similarly if not quite as fresh while meriting scores of between 93 and 94 points

David & Nadia, Plat'bos Chenin Blanc Vintage:2021 mixing with flavors of pearFull bottle 1,353 g. Deep gold and very tangy in an apples and honey varietal way. Quite evolved already (although this bottle has been in our fridge for longer than ideal more than two weeks). There's a burnished, green fruit' quality to this wine grown on granite. Very satisfying and persistent. (JR)
