La Pepie 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon to the SaarCrafted by the legend himself, Marc Ollivier, this wine is crisp, clean, mineral forward, and a touch rich. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts and aged on its lees in underground vats. Pale gold in color with dried fruits such as pear along with stone and grapefruit on the nose.
