Chateau Lascombes Margaux 2022 CS20230828 lime and cold-climate acidity holdingThe grand vin of Chteau Lascombes, the Margaux Second Growth that has entered a new era under Lawrence Wine Estates and Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy. The 2022 vintage in Margaux was hot but well managed, producing wines of unusual concentration alongside the appellation's signature perfume. Expect classical Margaux silkiness wrapped around a serious, structured core the kind of Bordeaux built for the long haul, but already remarkably approachable.
