dried blackberries and juicy plum with fine-grained tannins and succulent acidity that makes my mouth water
Colombier, Hermitage Blanc Vintage:2012 Very reticent but ripe scentsLight, bright straw yellow. A deeply perfumed bouquet evokes pear and peach nectar, honey, vanilla, toasted almond and smoky minerals. Rich and fleshy but lively as well, offering sappy orchard, pit fruit and marzipan flavors that are braced by a spine of juicy acidity. Finishes chewy, focused and long, with lingering pear, honey notes and a hint of anise. Josh Raynolds
