Ayala, No 7 Brut other_regions_australia There is again excellent density

There is again excellent density to the caressing but almost painfully intense mineral-driven flavors that brim with minerality on the beautifully persistence and impeccably well- balanced finale

Smoke and licorice note carry through a long

one of the most otherworldly wines I have ever tasted and completely different to any other Eszencia with hits rapier-like acidity that blitzed through the payload of sweetness without a care in the world and imbued with a kaleidoscope of flavors that ranged from crystalline honey to outrageous nutmeg notes

this was initially badly reduced

The palate has plenty of supple flesh at its core
